又是一周过去，今天跟L和R进行了一次谈话，真的很感动也很受启动，当然也感到了很大的压力，这是我来到这里之后第一次正式的体会到我已经开始了一段崭新的旅程。正如我的朋友告诉我的，这是一个难得的机会，去体验一种新的生活；but live here and work here doesn't make anything special if I keep living in the same way as I did in China. 决定来到这里的初衷不仅仅是看看别人的生活，actually the most important thing is learing new things and improve myself. 所以我现在的生活方式是无法适应的，或者说，if I keep doing like this, I will only find myself fail in two years, I'm gonna not survive.

然而，尽管意识到这样是不对的，但是想要改变还是很难。很感激L和R一针见血的指出了我们的问题，并且热心的帮助我们。一直以来，it's very hard for me to be an adult, maybe because my parents always accompany me.
